Happy Christmas!

I know I’m a few days late – but Happy Christmas! I have written this post at least three times, and each time managed to lose the draft or overwrite it or similar – so complete blogging fail. Hopefully it will go better this time.

We had a fantastic time at home with my family – JS came down with us because his parents are with his sister in New Zealand. We ate so much turkey, my mum and uncle gave my grandmother a car and we got some amazing video of it, and played a load of board games including Monopoly, Settlers of Catan and Articulate. It would have been improved if I didn’t have a cold and huge cough, but that’s all fine!

The Christmas Story

I was going to do the big reveal on my Christmas knitting now, but as it turns out I need to do more photo editing and I don’t have time for that at the moment because we are busily preparing for a New Years party at our flat…and it’s proving to be a lot more work than anticipated. Instead, here’s the story of our time at home in picture form.

It has been a wonderful Christmas and although we loved being with my family, boy it’s good to be home! I spent a lot of today cleaning as we have this big Mad Men themed party on NYE, and am now enjoying sitting in front of our (new!) TV with CSI Sunday and some knitting patterns to go over.

How was your Christmas?

Much love,

Corrie xx

PS There are only a few days left on my birthday voucher giveaway, in case you want to give yourself a little post-Christmas present!
