I’ve never really had a very romantic Valentines Day, and I’ve never really put much effort into it either. This year, however, JS and I started talking about it three weeks ago, which made me feel like it was a Big Deal.

I ordered a present for him, which I found on the internet and that I thought was *perfect*. It hasn’t arrived yet; however, after spotting this blog-post yesterday from SW Craft Club, I decided to have a go at hand-making him something. I am on a bit of a knitting break at the moment, so this seemed like the ideal solution.

I’m really, really pleased with the way it turned out, and actually so pleased the thing I ordered never arrived. I’ve only recently started venturing into paper-craft, and I’m so happy with it. This feels so much more ‘me’ (and, I get to enjoy it as well as it will be put in our bedroom, perfect!)

If anybody is reading this and feeling single and resentful towards me in my loved-up state, I can only apologise. Have a rabbit.
