I’m feeling a bit tired and miserable (physically) today, so I’m not going to write a huge post. Famous last words! So instead, I have a question to ask, which as can be fairly guessed from the title of this blog-post, is:
Is this your knitting?
I found it in one of my knitting bags. I have absolutely no idea where it’s come from. I asked Wonder-Gran, I asked JS‘ mother, I have asked all my RL friends who can knit (of which there about three) and I have no idea. I could have picked it up by accident on the train, or in a pub, at a knitting group or something similar…eek!

Do you?
The yarn is gorgeous, neutral colours with a nice halo. I would guess it’s something similar to Kidsilk Haze. I don’t recognise the pattern, although having examined the stitches on the hat, it looks as if it’s a slip-stitch pattern with two stitches knitted between the slipped stitches.

I would love to return this to whoever it belongs to, so if you have any idea who it is supposed to be for, I would appreciate the info! I know it’s a big ask, but I’ve somehow managed to steal someone’s very nearly finished hat, and I feel awful about it. I’ve been trying to replay back to when it arrived, but it was in a bag that could have been in my room for weeks before I looked in it, as it was for a project I didn’t like very much. If people can find their camera’s on the internet, why not this?!
